CV / About Dr. Yoo

A translator between technology and the people it impacts.

Dr. Amber N. Yoo brings together applied AI research, curriculum design, business operations, and hands-on AI practice to help people make better decisions about emerging technology.

Useful AI adoption begins with better questions.

Dr. Yoo is a San Diego–based business professor, organizational behavior scholar, applied AI educator, and founder of Wolff Technologies. She teaches technical concepts to non-technical audiences without flattening the nuance that makes those ideas matter.

Her perspective is shaped by both sides of implementation. In the classroom, she sees what learners need in order to build durable understanding. As the co-founder of a small business, she knows that new technology has to work inside real constraints: limited time, uneven confidence, sensitive information, and a need to show actual value.

“AI should expand human capability without quietly replacing human responsibility.”
